Question: Why should someone take an online course?

Answer: Online courses are offered for your convenience. They allow you to take the required CE's for your licenses renewal in the comfort of your own home or at work, at your own pace, without being tied to a computer or sitting in a classroom for hours. Most importantly, online courses save you hundreds of dollars in travel expenses, food and lodging incurred while attending classes, retreats or seminars. With online courses you do not have to worry about gathering supplies or other materials like you would for hands-on classes. You remain productive and income producing while training.

Question: Could you tell me more about on-line courses?

Answer: Most Universities/Colleges and many private companies have on-line courses available for their degree programs and compliance training. They, as well as we, understand the importance of flexibility in obtaining the courses required for any education. Most people lead very busy lives and do not have the time or desire to sit in classes for several days. They want their required education without the hassle of traveling, the money involved in the hotel costs and the additional expense of food costs. On-line courses are increasingly becoming popular technology used in lieu of traditional seminars and classroom training.           

Question: Are all of your courses approved by the TDLR for CE's?

Answer: All of the courses offered through our company have been approved by the TDLR.           

Question: I would like to take a course but I don't have a computer. Can this happen?

Answer: Absolutely! Our courses can be accessed by any computer with internet access, meaning you can use a public library computer or a friend's computer.

Question: How do your online courses actually work?

Answer: Online courses are actually quite easy and fun, but it does require some discipline on your part. A movie is provided at the beginning of each course showing you step-by-step instructions how to take the course. You will see that once you have signed up for a course and paid the required fee, you will immediately have access to your online course. You access your course through the secure login window on the training site page. Once you're logged in, you can take the course at your own pace as a course consists of Flash Movies lessons which are timed narration slides, video and validation test questions. Upon successful completion and upon review of your course training log time stamp and validation questions, per TDLR regulations, your official certificate of completion (Sample Certificate) will be emailed or faxed to you within 15 days. (You do not have to take the lesson and validation in the same sitting, but rather you will have 40 days to complete the course work.) It is a simplistic and convenient approach to obtaining helpful, useful, motivational and realistic information that you can incorporate into your profession. It's that simple!            

Question: How will I get my certificate?

Answer: Once you register and submit payment your course is available to you immediately.  The course consists of Flash Movies lessons which are timed narration slides, video and validation test questions. Upon completion of all lessons, a review your course training log time stamp and validation questions is performed per TDLR regulations (we do these tasks on every Monday & Thursday). After this is accomplished and validated, you will receive your certificate via fax or email within 15 days (we will also send you a Hardcopy Certificate suitable for framing along with a wallet card if you provide a mailing address). Question: After I register for the on-line courses how soon will I receive my certificate?

Answer: When you successfully viewed all the course lessons and completed the Validation questions, a review of your course training log time stamp and validation questions is performed per TDLR regulations. Upon this validation you will receive your certificate via fax or email within 15 days (we will also send you a Hardcopy Certificate suitable for framing along with a wallet card if you provide a mailing address). Question: Are many other people taking the on-line course?

Answer: Absolutely! We have been overjoyed at the response and we are constantly working on other courses and improving existing courses.
